ETFO Halton - Local Committees

The following committees are currently at work in Halton. If you are interested in helping out on a committee please contact the committee chair.

Elections

  
  • This committee is responsible for the election procedures which establish our Executive. The committee also conducts an annual review of the Constitution to ensure that practice aligns with policy.

First Five

French as a Second Language

  • This committee of FSL teachers meet monthly to discuss issues related to teaching core and immersion French.  We organize events and presentations aimed at addessing these issues and offering resources, ideas and contact to help with curriculum delivery.  We welcome new members and communication regarding ideas or issues you would like investigated.

  • This committee represents ETFO on the Joint Health & Safety Committee and brings forward any concerns from members to that committee.
